Reserve Appointment

HBL Spa operates by appointment only. Please book your appointment online and submit your $50/hourly deposit (per person) to reserve your time slot. This deposit is non-refundable and will be used towards your balance.

If you are making an appointment for just  the sauna we require a 50% deposit of the total be made instead.

Please note that appointments are subject to cancellation if no deposit is made or an attempt to call in to make a deposit is made. Please leave a voicemail or send an email if you need assistance.


For reschedules or cancellations, we kindly ask that you please consider our 24-hour cancellation policy: There is a penalty fee that amounts to the total cost of the booked service for reschedules or cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the appointment. We enforce this policy to compensate for our loss in business. You may request to reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling or emailing HBL spa. Please make sure to mention your full name, phone number, and appointment time.

Spa Policies

Appointment Deposit Fee

All appointments require a deposit of $50.00 per hour reserved for the treatment and will be used towards the service fee. Appointments that will use prepaid credit (e.g. prepaid service or gift card) need to provide their voucher number. A $20.00 consultation fee is required for VelaShape or Laser Hair Removal. However, please keep in mind that our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies and any cancellations or no-shows that occur within the 24-hour time frame will be subject to paying a penalty fee which amounts to the total cost of the service.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy (Avoid a penalty fee!)

Your appointments are important to us and are reserved to give you the very best attention and care. We understand that things come up that make adjusting the scheduled time necessary, therefore we please ask that you notify us of any reschedules or cancellations 24 hours before your appointment.


Please be mindful that if you forget, reschedule, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we could miss out on an opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please note that we also operate with on-call therapists/technicians and are responsible for paying them for their time reserved with a client even in the case of no-shows. 

A penalty fee that amounts to the total cost of the service will be charged for reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows that occur within the 24-hour time frame. This also applies to same-day appointments made within the 24-hour time frame. 

We will do our part by sending you a confirmation and two reminders (48 hours and 3 hours ahead) of your appointment time. Thank you for understanding our need to enforce this policy.


How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

For appointments scheduled for Tuesday-Saturday, please call our spa directly to reschedule or cancel. For appointments scheduled for Monday, please email us your requests as we are closed on Sundays and will attend phone calls or voicemails until the next day.

Sale Policy & Gift Cards

All sales are final for services and gift cards. Prepaid services may be used as credit for other qualifying services. Please note that the prepaid credit amount or gift card will expire 6 months after the purchase date. To purchase a gift card, please visit our Gift Card Page for directions.

Special Accommodations

Please let us know if you need any special accommodations for your visit. We are here to help you in any way possible and want to make sure your experience here is adjusted to your needs. Our rear entrance door is wheelchair accessible with an automatic open button.


Special Occasions 

If you are planning a group spa day or would like to celebrate a special occasion (birthday, bridal shower, etc.) please give us details as to the # of individuals, your desired services, the type of event, and the requested date and time. We will do our very best to make sure your experience here is memorable, refreshing, and spectacular! 

Please note the our special event room must be booked at least one month ahead of time. If you are planning to arrive early for decorations, please let us know so we can prepare in advance. The event room fits up to 20 people comfortably, depending on the activities and area needed.

Directions to our spa: We are located inside of the Landmark Professional Center on the lower level. The building itself is next to a McDonald's and you will notice a banner for the Alexandria Healthcare Center. Once you approach the building, we suggest that you park in the back lot to find the rear entrance door. Coming inside through the rear entrance, we are the second suite on the left. If you park in the front lot, you need to take the elevator to floor LL. Coming off the elevator, we are the first suite on the left.
